         Class and Event Registration Guidelines

1.  Payment.  Payment for classes and events  must be received at the time of registration for the class or event.     Credit card information may be given as a security deposit.

    a) CLASSES: You must register at least THREE DAYS prior to the class time.  If the class is full, we will have a waiting list, if there are cancellations, you will be notified in the order your name is placed on the list. 

  **Please note:  If you are registering for a class run by independent contractors (most specialty classes), payment in cash or check will be made to the instructor for the class.  All TCC sponsored classes (SDU, Methods, To Die For), are paid to The Cropper's Corner.

    b) EVENTS:  Due to the extreme popularity of our events, pre-registration is required. 

For most ScrapFun weekends, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required.  Birthday Bash and National Scrapbook Day events require a $50 non-refundable deposit.  Pre-registration for these events is available only for full weekend participants.  A full weekend includes Friday and Saturday times.  Persons desiring a partial weekend slot may sign up on the waiting list.  Partial weekend slots will become available on a first-come, first-available basis 14 days prior to the event date. 

Fabulous Fridays and Mom's Day Out crops also require pre-registration.  However, you may only sign up for the events no more than one month prior to the event.  For example, if you wish to sign up for a January Fabulous Friday crop, registrations will open at 10:00am the first business day of December.  You may register more than one person per phone call, but all names must be provided at time of registration. 

2.  Materials:  You will need to bring materials specified, and your class kit to each class.Class Kit:  Detail Scissors, Pencil with eraser, 12” Personal Trimmer w/ ruler , pens, markers, stabillo pencil, glue pen/adhesive, metal ruler, x-acto craft knife, cutting mat, adhesive (for kit purposes, adhesive will refer to tab-style, permanent adhesive).

3.  Cancellation:  It is our policy not to cancel classes or events.  We will make every effort to hold a class.  If a class or event is cancelled, you will be contacted, and you may opt to receive a full refund, or credit towards another class or event.  You may cancel your attendance at either a class or event, without penalty at least 5 business days prior to the class or event.
